Every year thousands of women go to a cosmetic surgeon in order to get a larger chest. They feel that their current chest is too small, and that the only way that they can make themselves look better is to have plastic implants put into their chest. What most women don’t realize, however, is that there are a variety of ways to help them to make their chest larger, including using a breast enhancement cream or through exercises.
Breast Exercises
There are many different exercises that a woman can use to help her to make her chest appear larger. There is one thing first, however, that you need to know, and that is that the chest is not made of muscle. The bust tissue is actually fatty tissue, so no matter what you do you will never be able to make it larger through exercise. That is where the creams comes in. These can help to enlarge the chest and can make it the size that you’ve always wanted it to be. So where, then, do exercises come in? Exercises can help you to firm the area up and to enhance the chest even more. There are a few different exercises that you can do to get your chest larger, including this simple one.
The Mat Exercise
Lay down on a mat and put a small weight in each of your hands. If you don’t have any weights you can use a soup can, as they are usually enough weight to get the job done properly. Put your arms at shoulder level and remember to keep your elbows bent. Arrange your body so that the weights are directly over your bust area. The push the weights up so that they are extended. Keep repeating this until you have done 15 reps, at least once a day.
You can also use the weights in a different way. Put your arms out at the side, a weight still in each hand and you still laying on your back, and make small backward circles that are each about a foot in diameter. Do this 15 times and then do 15 forward circles. Doing these exercises, along with using a breast enhancement cream, can help you to get a larger, firmer chest in a very short amount of time, without needing cosmetic surgery.
